Book our ocean view two bedroom / two bath flat if you plan on enjoying the pool and sandy beach. Here you can sit on your patio and enjoy the pool experience or a short walk to dig your toes into the sand. You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs at all. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and LED TV in the bedroom with a complementing dresser, a glass enclosed walk in shower in the bathroom completely tiled.
The guest room we have a queen bed and for those who need some extra room we have provided a twin daybed with twin trundle that double as a sofa. There television in the living room is set up with a DVD player that includes Blu-Ray system and HDMI ports. We also have a CD player / Stereo that is IPOD compatible. We also have chess, puzzles, and books for entertainment within the condo. The tile floors throughout makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from sand. Unit has a its own washer/dryer combo and internet access to save your phone on data. Outside we have a patio with a table and chairs that over looks the common area. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

This condo offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
