Nicely Renovated ocean front 2 bedroom / 2 bath town home has enough to sleep six. The living room showcases the gorgeous view of the ocean from the comfort of our incredibly comfortable couches where you may want to stay all day on these couches. The kitchen we have updated appliances and a microwave over the glass top stove for those who would rather dine in than eat out. It is furnished with tasteful decor throughout and the master suite has a spacious king with the easy access of a walk in shower enclosure. The unit has Tile throughout but carpeting on the stairs. The guest room is just as thought of as the master suite. We have two twin beds for any extra guests that may be staying with you and a small tv The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo incase you feel the need to a luxurious bath and the next day decide you're in a hurry and use the shower. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
