Quiet, residential area overlooking "Dolphin Bay" - away from the busy downtown activities; however, still close enough to conveniently drive or, if you don't mind walking, it's a beautiful walk along the water. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The balcony provided a very serene view - even saw some dolphins! The owners live on the property, were friendly and available for questions/ recommendations. Bonus: there's a friendly resident dog if you need a puppy fix 😉 I don't recall if this was noted in description of property or not - and I am only noting it here in case stairs are an issue for some people. There is an indoor winding staircase to get to your home-away-from-home so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or children. It wasnt an issue for us... added to the charm.
