The space
From the moment you arrive, you'll have convenient assigned parking directly in front of the condo and a private screened entrance.

Inside, you'll find a bright, comfortable two-story townhouse with everything you need for a relaxing St. Augustine getaway.

DOWNSTAIRS ------
The living room features a Smart TV and opens to a covered patio overlooking the pool and Intracoastal Waterway — a great spot for morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or a beautiful sunset.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, plus both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. We provide complimentary K-Cups, sugar, creamer, and filtered drinking water to help you settle in.

The dining table seats four and expands to seat six, making it perfect for family dinners, cards, and game nights.

Downstairs you'll also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

UPSTAIRS ------

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, and private balcony overlooking the water. Step outside in the morning and enjoy your coffee with beautiful Intracoastal views.

The second bedroom is ideal for families and groups, with one king bed and one queen bed, plus its own Smart TV.

A second full bathroom with a bathtub is situated upstairs between both bedrooms.

Please note: The sliding glass door in the primary bedroom is fully operational, but one side of the glass is currently fogged. We are awaiting a replacement glass panel and will have it replaced as soon as it is available. The door opens and closes normally and does not affect its use. We simply want to make you aware in advance so there are no surprises during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Traveling with kids? We've thought of the little things that make family vacations easier.

You'll find board games, books, children's toys, and beach toys in the condo. A Pack 'n Play is available upon request (please bring your own fitted sheet).

PET FRIENDLY ------

Up to two (2) Well-behaved dogs up to 35 lbs are welcome with a pet fee. Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation before arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with VRBO policies.

This condo offers its guests an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This St. Augustine condo is smoke free.
