This accommodation is all on the ground floor and although not specifically adapted for wheelchair users is wheelchair accessible. It has an open plan kitchen / dinner / lounge with french doors in the lounge which open on to the outside patio area with the beautiful view over the golf course and St Austell Bay. Sleeps 4 adults in two seperate bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons including a fan-oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice-box, microwave, washing machine/dryer and ironing facilities.

There are two bedrooms with a choice of double or twin beds. There is both a shower room, wash basin & toilet and a bathroom containing a bath, a washbasin and toilet. Outside are table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views over Porthpean Golf Course and out to sea over St.Austell Bay.
