Ok let me say this service is top notch… from making sure our car was waiting for us even when arrival times changed to daily reminders of our reservations to beach clubs and dinners and having our car ready for us before each reservation to room service and cleanliness is impressive! We were there at the low season so very quiet, and clientele were very polite and seasoned travelers. Has more of a spa with a hotel feel than a resort. Not an all inclusive "product" and the price reflects that.
