Located in the district of Flamands, towards Petite Anse, at the entrance to the road to Colombier Beach, villa Ushuaia offers a sumptuous view of the sea and the neighbouring islands off St Barthélemy.

Composed of four bedrooms, the Ushuaia rental villa is equipped with a swimming pool, a gym and a billiard table, which makes it a perfect villa for a family stay with children or with friends.

The villa is presented by a huge living room kitchen with a view of the sea and the swimming pool and above a large mezzanine. Two of the bedrooms are located on the right with the sea view and the other two are located on the left with the view of the swimming pool and the sea. The large games and sports room is located on the lower floor and is accessible by a staircase at the terrace level.
