STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! Checked in at 7pm for a one night stay. First room I was given had not been cleaned yet, second room looked as if they started cleaning and then just quit on the job. Went to the manager stating I was going somewhere else. He tried to give me one more chance on a room stating someone went to the hospital and he was new, then as I was walking out he got his phone out to call someone for me to talk too. Craziest hotel situation I have ever experienced.

Odd smell and layout of first floor, bedding was not very comfortable, otherwise good. Good prices in their small food market. Very hard to understand any of the employees. Your experience may differ on that. This room is what you expect for this price range and it met it.

This is our second stay in the past 5 months. We feel like the value you get for the price is hard to beat! Staff is friendly, beds are comfy, and breakfast is served. It feels safe, and has an excellent location not too far from Oglebay. We will definitely be back!

The building is spotless and smelled of cleaning products. Comfy beds. This was the perfect crash pad find when traveling through bad weather lead to an unplanned stop. Free breakfast was bagel/toast/cereal, and they had a little marketplace pantry where you could buy other things, but the breakfast offering was what you’d eat at home when you’re trying to get out the door, so it was sufficient to get the job done. I will definitely remember this spot for the next time I need a budget-friendly place to stay on this route.
