Worst hotel!

The photos on the site are extremely outdated. When I pulled up to the hotel it was falling apart and there was paper covering the windows in addition to the paint flaking and obvious repair needs. The lobby was ok at best. The room was discusting. I have attached several photos. I had to go to the store to by cleaning supplies along with sheets, towels, and something to put on the bathroom floor and tub. There were paint drops on every surface. The furniture was falling apart and/or stained. The lights did not work properly. The curtains did not even cover the windows entirely. Mold in the freezer. Hole in not only the sheet but through the mattress of one bed and black streaks on the other. Hair around tub and toilet. There were people walking by my outer window at all hours. Another patron? asked my daughter multiple times for a ride to the liquor store then was found passed out on the couch in the lobby. Pool was closed which was one of the reasons I booked so this was disappointing. There was a $100 deposit hold which is an insane amount! Only saving grace was that the desk staff were at least half pleasant when you spoke with them- one was gruff but still not terrible. Would never stay here again.

My TV only worked on 3 stations. No audio on others. My shower drain was blocked. They left the bathroom fan on 24/7. It smells musty. The outside door did not lock. AT ALL.

Cheap hotel that is bad shape. Toilet seat loose, tv not working, ice machine not working. Doors to outside, some jammed and others left open. Asked staff to fix television and no one ever did come up to look at it. Overall just a really run down facility and no one will make any effort to help. Cheap bed and a shower. That’s it.

Pool closed indefinitely. Rooms were disgustingly gross. Burn holes in blankets. No breakfast just some bad coffee. Ice machines not working. Area was sketchy. Unknown things happening in the parking lot. No security, no staff just the guy working at the front desk. Seems nice should not be left unattended. Was supposed to get a one night refund and nothing we stayed may 9 and 10th but left may 9th and went to a different hotel.

I’ve always had a good experience staying in this hotel chain - quality comfortable room that is pet friendly for relatively cheap. Never had an issue. I was super disappointed this time to say the least. Checking in there was a 30 dollar fee for having two dogs which is fine, I figure pet fees go toward extensive cleaning which I’m good with. I got to the room and the bed was missing pillows, had dirty towels stained with makeup on them, mirror was sprayed with a previous tenants spit, and a stench that closely describes a Glade wall plug in scent of cigarettes and dog poop. The smell was so intense like someone had just blown smoke from a cigarette into my face, but glancing at the wall it made sense. The yellow coloring that walls take on from excessive smoking was there, but was dripping down the wall. Literal yellow drippage. I took my shoes off and touched my foot to the ground and immediately put the shoes back on. The ground had that oily nasty feeling under your feet like if dog urine isn’t washed out of carpets & it just sits there. The AC in the room did not work, which was fine because I didn’t want to sleep under the blankets because with the state of the room I could see, I didn’t want to cover myself in things I can’t. I slept in my robe and a personal blanket I brought along, and it was still a terrible nights sleep because the bed was uncomfortable. Ultimately I should have spent an extra 20 dollars on a clean room that was comfortable to sleep in.

We did not feel safe here. The peep hole was broken and people could look in your room. The curtain didn't close. Chipped furniture and rusty curtain rods and chair trim. Torn chair. Brown crimpled paper on the 3 large windows by the office. The outside door to the parking lot didn't lock and it was 10:30 at night and the person from the hotel said it didn't lock all the time. Not up to Expedia standards.

I don't know about other motels with this name but this one i wouldn't recommend, it was uncomfortable, blanket had food on it, sheets had stains, bed had dips in it. Couldn't see ttv from bed. Had to screw light bulbs in and out to work lamps. Worse place we ever stayed

Not the worst place i have stayed at but close.

First it doesnt llook like photos on Hotels.com site. Place is run down cooking, windows covered in brown paper. Doors thst dont function. One exit had plexiglass insert and foor could not be opened ftom inside. This is a fire code violation. No air conditioning avaliable because controls in room are not functional. Towels were dirty looking and rough to the touch. Most tv channels were not avaliable to view. There was no hot water in the room. The facilities need a better maintenance indide and out.
