With tree house, Surprising Tropical-style resort

This is a vocation gateway resort that covers an area of 5 acres. The owner has well-intentioned in building it in a tropical style that's relaxing and fun for adults and children. It is tranquil and spacious. When you enter the resort, rows of palm trees on the sides greet you. The house is classic, cozy, and restful. The most unique feature is that it has four main outdoor areas (pool, playground, tree house, and patio), and a bar locates inside the house. Come to have a pleasant time!

The space
Moreover, it has a soccer field (front yard), half a basketball court, and an archery range (only available with a waiver: signature required on the property). It's also conveniently located -- Disney, Universal Studios, and downtown Orlando are about 40 minutes away. Dining and shopping are also close by.
For notice:
1. Please close the pool door after opening it
2. Please make sure to wash off the sand after playing on the beach so it doesn't bring the sand to the pool
3. An adult supervision is required when accessing the tree house second level up.

Guest access
BBQ Grill: $100 for the first time use with prepared gas and cleaning. Afterward, you can use it for free but we will not provide additional gas and cleaning service. Please clean the grill when checking out; otherwise, we will charge an extra cleaning fee.

Please follow the following house rules, thanks very much for the cooperation in advance!
- NO smoking
- NO illegal activities
- NO illegal drugs
- Please do not damage or stain towels by removing makeup, wiping the floor, wiping the kitchen, etc.
- Please turn off lights and lock all windows and doors before leaving the house.
- Please leave all soiled linens in the washing machine before checking out.
- Please disclose ANY damages to the host before checking out.
Other things to note
As the property has a lot of outdoor activities and spaces, please be aware that we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that might cause. Also, we recommend wearing long sleeves when doing outside activities to prevent potential ant bites.

For people who would like to get some non-artificial eggs from the chic-chick chicken house for fun, you can get them for free by notifying us ahead to feed them!

This resort offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
