NO RESTAURANT!

VERY disappointed to find out that there is NO onsite restaurant despite advertising as having a Brasserie- very misleading. Ok so there are a few restaurants within a 5 min walk but when you arrive late’ish and it’s freezing outside the last thing you want to do is hunt for a restaurant. Apparently it never reopened after Covid… This needs addressing.

Property was nice, clean and conveniently located however for a 4 star hotel a fridge and a second chair should be in the room. The parking was expensive for an outdoor parking. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good (except the coffee that was terrible).

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was located perfectly to explore St Gallen, in close proximity to the rail station and Alstadt. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was very comfortable, but the room was noisy. Request a room not by the outdoor dining area by the train station. The people eating and talking were louder than the passing trains. The breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. If visiting on a Sunday be aware that most shops and restaurants will be closed.

The shower had a lot of black mold all the way around the outer edges. When staff came in to pick up dirty towels i was hoping they would clean it, but they did not. I left the towels right in front of the shower. They could not miss it! They ignored it!
