Was initially a bit reluctant to book this property as the reviews were varied but so glad we did and didn’t spend double the price on a hotel. We did go for a private studio rather than a room with a shared bathroom which elevated the cost a little but it was worth it. Room had all the amenities we needed, down to a colander and cheese grater so we could make some dinner. The only thing missing was a TV. Check in was a bit of a nightmare as we booked last minute and had no data roaming but they needed a copy of our passports and everything is done remotely - there is no reception. There is wifi when you arrive but then you have to wait for your code to get into the room. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Thank you for the positive feedback about your stay. We are very pleased that you liked the equipment of our studios, except for the missing TV. However, we deliberately do not have a TV in all our studios, this is part of our concept. We would be very happy if you visit us again in St. Gallen.

Es war sehr schlimm. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde auf den Schlüssel gewartet und es gab keine Rezeption. Das Badezimmer wurde mit drei Zimmern geteilt und das Zimmer hatte weder Tisch noch Schrank. Ich denke, wir werden diese Erfahrung nicht wiederholen.

Da wir ein Self-Check-In Hotel sind haben wir keine Rezeption vor Ort; sind jedoch telefonisch sowie auf per Mail von morgens früh bis spät Abends erreichbar. Schade, dass sie die gebuchte Kategorie nicht überzeugt hat. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn sie uns noch einmal besuchen und sich z.B. von einem unseren Privaten Studios (eigenes Bad, eigene Küche) überzeugen lassen. Beste Grüsse Ihr TouchBed Team
