Second stay

This was our second stay at the Balonne River Motor Inn. The rooms are of a good size with covered parking at the front door. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and everything worked. We'll stay here again when passing through St George.

Overall it was a good motel. Our room wasn’t quite ready at 2.00 pm but the manager apologised for this. Also we left a pillow there and he rang us to tell us which was really good.

After a long day of travel we appreciated the hot shower, warm and clean room at a reasonably affordable price. The queen bed mattress in our room was comfortable but did sag a little in the middle. It was a little annoying in the morning to have to go out of the room in the cold to reception to get cutlery and plates when we made toast. Otherwise still good value.

Efficient Check in Good location across the road from the river with beautiful walking path. Good standard of cleanliness Very comfortable bed. Hot shower and thick towels. Room was not large but was adequate. The minor negatives were there was no table or chairs outside, parking was nose in and second pillow had to be found in top of wardrobe

Good room

Quick check in. Quiet room with comfortable bed. TV remote did not work. Milk container in fridge was opened and not much in it. Did not touch this obviously. Lucky we had our own. Nice cold aircon. Would stay here again.
