Beautiful New 2 Bedroom Condo in the heart of St. George

Built in 2015, this is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo on the 3rd floor (top level) with elevator access. It is very clean and upscale with wood laminate flooring in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a master bath with direct access. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the other room has a queen bed. There is a 3rd bed in the living room-- a queen pullout bed for a total of 3 beds. The large kitchen has beautiful laminate countertops and is fully equipped for cooking/dining. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools, a dining table with an additional 4 chairs, and a table with 4 chairs on the deck as well There is a gas grill for barbecuing on the deck. The deck has a lovely view of the mountains surrounding St. George.

There are high definition smart TVs in the bedrooms and another huge one in the common area. High-speed internet is available via WiFi. Comfy couches, throw rug and a storage ottoman accent the great room.
The washroom has new full-size washer and dryer and is stocked with Pickleball equipment for 4 players and a basketball for use on the sports court. We also supply 6 pool towels for the large heated pool and hot tub.
This is located in the Green Valley area of St. George. The Zen, Bearclaw Poppy and Stucki Springs mountain bike and hiking trails are less than a mile from the front door.
Snow Canyon State Park and Tuacahn Outdoor Theater are both within 10 miles. The St. George Marathon and Huntsman World Senior Games are both within 5 miles of the condo. The world famous Zion National Park is 45 miles away.

Spacious, immaculate condo with a lovely balcony to enjoy morning coffee with a beautiful view! The living area was comfortable for sitting, relaxing and enjoying Netflix! The host(s) are super responsive and give great instructions on how to get to the place and get in. The property is nice, the home is beautiful and well kept. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub which are really close to the unit. The mattresses are terrible in both rooms and left even our teenagers with sore backs. If they’d upgrade the mattresses it would easily be 5 stars from us. It was nice to only have a few easy things to take care of at checkout. We would stay again if mattresses were replaced. Side note for owners: the ceiling fan in the second bedroom is really loose and swaying side to side causing a lot of noise. Not sure if you’re aware of this issue. The tenant before us didn’t wash all of the beach towels and there were a couple that looked like they had baby poop on them.

We loved the condo location, furnishings were nice, kitchen was great and well stocked. The layout was nice. The only critique I could make is the cleanliness was not great. There was extreme dust on the ceiling fans and the bathroom fans. Marks all around throughout the kitchen. May want to look into another cleaner. Other than that the stay was nice.

Spring Break 2025

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying at the condo. It was bigger than the pictures shows and our family of 5 had plenty of space. Everything was clean and welcoming and the hosts made the checkin and checkout process a breeze.
