No stairs to this cute 425 sq ft Condo. Located on the corner so more privacy. I apologize I don't have a lot of pictures. I am just getting started on VRBO. Altho this condo is small, it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The space features a queen bed well-equipped kitchen, hair dryer, shampoo, soaps, towels. New air conditioner and heater. It's in a great location. The club house with pool and spa is just across the way. All sports equipment is free to use for tennis, pickleball and a host of other fun things. There is a washer and Dryer on balcony. You may also request use of Garage to store your bikes. I'm new on VRBO but I've been hosting for 8 years and have 4.8 rate on other sites.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be close to Dixie Convention Center. An outdoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub are available. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the condo.
