This recently updated 1,200-square-foot condo has all the comfortable furnishings needed to feel right at home, yet still on vacation. It features two large bedrooms and two baths. The master suite has a king-size bed with smart TV, a roll-away twin bed, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed, and a smart TV. This condo has a complete kitchen that offers a breathtaking view to inspire and soothe while providing everything you need to cook and entertain, including stainless steel appliances, a microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. The open-concept family and dining areas include a wood-burning fireplace, table and chairs, air conditioning, and a 48" flat-screen TV with cable. There is also a full-size washer and dryer and a large patio with a barbecue grill. Bring the family for games, puzzles, and fun times for all! Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for the vacationer in us all. This condo, #408, is a second floor end unit located in building 4 that backs up to the beautiful views of the mesas and red rocks in St. George. The property features six pools, a heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, diving pool, lap pool, hot tubs, a mini golf area, fitness gym, pickle ball and basketball courts, tennis, an on-site roller rink, a ninja gym, and walking trails. Bring your outdoor vehicles and ride them onto the trails adjacent to the property. The primary bed is very poor quality. The mattress is hard as a rock. The springs make noises. The sheets are cheap. The pillows are not good. The bedspread is cheap. People pay to be able to be comfortable. This is one area to not be cheap on. The kitchen cabinets are a bit dirty. My husband would not use the silverware because the drawer was dirty. The condo is well done otherwise. However, we will not book again due to the mattress. My back is still in agony.

What a view from the balcony! I couldn’t ask for anything different here. Great location, great pools and the condo had everything you need, even the little stuff in the kitchen like foil and cooking spray that a lot of places don’t stock.

Condo was clean and decorated. It had everything we needed. It was well stocked with basic condiments and seasonings if needed. The balcony has a great view and was peaceful. The second bedroom doesn’t have great airflow, but there were a couple fans available that helped us stay comfortable. The pools on the resort are great! I would certainly stay here again.
