Someone had their TV on all night. Very loud. No hot water the first night to take a shower. There was drywall dust on the floor under the window which would make me believe it wasn’t vacuumed very well. Curtains didn’t block out light so it was very bright from parking lot lights all night.

Tourist area so prices overall high, This Ramada was lowest available but you can tell they have a lot of work to do to get this old property in shape to compete with the new hotels down the street.

Immediately upon checking into the hotel I cold tell it was very warn and not actively kept up with. Dirty floors / walls in the lobby, and the outside of the property was not well kept. I figured that didn't matter as long as the room was clean. When I got to my room there was noticeable dirt on the floor/ it had not been vacuumed, stains on the wall and furniture, and the shower hadn't been cleaned and had hair and remnants of a dark liquid in it. I ended up booking another hotel for the 2 nights that I was supposed to stay because I did not feel comfortable staying at the property with the lack of cleanliness.

The front desk person was extremely nice and helpful. The room was good for the price, though updating would certainly help, especially the mattresses and pillows. For the price and access to Zion National Park, I thought this was a good value.

Disappointing to see the property and room. Felt unclean and depressing. I knew we couldn’t stay there so we left and went somewhere else. Probably my worst fail in choosing a room for any trip, ever. The reviews here looked mostly positive initially. After leaving I looked again at the reviews and did see many bad reviews that were buried under some excellent reviews. This is puzzling how anyone could give 10/10. Makes me wonder if they are real. The pictures here on Expedia do not reflect how this property really looks. It’s a dive and sad I paid for this dump.

Ok for the price.

This place is very run down and looks really bad on the outside the hallways to the rooms smelled horrible but the room was nice and clean. For the price i paid I would stay here again the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Pilllows were hard but i always take my own pullow anyways.
