In the heart of the Las Palmas resort in building 14, this lovely condo awaits up to 4 travelers. Whether you are traveling alone, with a spouse or your small family - this quaint, 1 bedroom condo is packed with all you need! The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances and all other necessary utensils needed to create your favorite family meal, making your stay with us all the better. In the living room, there is a cozy couch, deep set armchair, and a TV for you to relax and enjoy after a day full of fun activities.
The large bathroom has double sinks and a garden tub which adds to that extra little bit of relaxation you deserve with a vacation.

With this Condo Rental, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools (formerly the Green Valley Clubhouse). An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include:

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickleball, shuffleboard, a full fitness gym, and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no additional passes required.

The property could use some improvements

Overall, the property was fine. The AC didn't cool the place down enough and adding ceiling fans to the bedroom and living room would help. The couch was old and uncomfortable if you're planning a longer stay. The carpet shold be replaced or cleaned as well. The mirrors in the shower were also unexpected.

The checkin was good - we had to ask for a pack n play, but we had to communicate through text a few times before they delivered it -they didn’t bring it until 8 of 8:30. We were just going out to buy one when they showed up. Other than that our stay was great.

Cozy place

The condo we rented was a cozy place for my wife and I to stay while visiting St George and the surrounding area. The pools and hot tubs around the resort were a great way to relax after a day of mountain biking and hiking. The condo and resort were easy to find, well maintained and had great views.
