Nice townhome bit of a drive from St George

A comfortable stay in a nice and clean rental. :) Finally a rental with firmer beds! Slept solid. Plenty of activities kept us out during the day, but a it's a very comfortable place to spend the night. A bit out of the way to get to food and other activities in the area. Only minor distraction was that the house is a little noisy at night. We weren't sure if it was a neighbor with the TV on or a car down the street. Minor inconvenience.

Great family destination

The property was great. The pickleball courts seemed to be always full so that was frustrating. Lots of fun things to do close by. Would recommend Ebikes and the park.

Only constructive feedback I would give is to get rid of some of the furniture. It’s seemed like there was too much in the house that made it feel crowded. Other than that all was awesome!

We had a great time at this vacation home. Location was very clean and has great access to the surrounding st George area. The pool fob was the only issue because it did not work at all and we had to have other residents let us in.

Great for team stay.

We were in town for volleyball camp. It was perfect for my group of kids and adults. The house was fabulous and clean. There was no extra toilet paper though so make sure you bring your own. Most of the tools you need in the kitchen were there so we had no problem cooking every night. The pool was a lot of fun and the neighborhood was very nice and laid back. The girls walked back and forth to the pool every time they wanted to swim. We ran into the cleaning people and they were very nice too.

Nice house but could use some attention

Upon are 4:00 arrival time the house was still being cleaned. We had to wait until almost 5:00 before it was complete. While we waited we tried to use the tv to sign in on our Netflix account and the WiFi will not work. We were able to use the direct tv that’s provided. We tried the WiFi on several devices phones and iPads. And it does not work. While walking through the house we also notice several dark stains on the carpet and a lot of water damage on the base around the lower level. This is not a big deal but should probably be noted on the rental agreement that they are aware of the damages so you don’t have to call in and worry about being charged for them. Overall the house is nice and we loved the pull down bed upstairs. We have stayed in the ledges before and Love the pools and pickle ball court. I’m sure we will be back but maybe try a different unit next time
