Newly remodeled house - pool and pickleball

Our 1800 sq ft house is located in Green Valley in a central location, close to amazing golf courses, all levels of mountain biking, and scenic rock climbing. Not to mention world class eating options. The house has a full kitchen, outdoor BBQ, and 2 large TV’s. There are shared pickle ball courts and swimming pool. (Pool closed in winter) Everyone that has stayed has loved it. Washington County boasts the stunning Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and is close to four reservoirs, world-renowned hiking, biking, off-roading, rock climbing, and golfing. The weather is exceptional most of the year, with a few hot and cold months.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Sunbrook Golf Club. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Nice place for soccer tournament

This house was nicely located for Presidents Day soccer tournaments. We like to cook and bake on our vacations and this place was stocked with all the kitchen supplies and equipment we needed to prepare many meals and snacks.

Would stay again.

Great central location for our needs. (Softball) The only issue we had was addressed promptly by the owner and from there on it was a great stay. Plenty of room for our group. Only improvement we felt could be made is to upgrade the beds in the second room. But they weren’t terrible.

Great St George Villa!

We had a great stay at David's place. Well stocked, clean and great for families. David has great communication and is a great host. Would recommend to others.
