Front desk staff was friendly! Parking was good. Breakfast was okay, but doesn't open until 7 AM, not convenient if you have an early morning. Beds are very firm and not the most comfortable, but were okay. Old faded furniture. We had to clorox wipe the remotes because they were grossly sticky. Maid threw coffee on the tray, but left no cups. NO SHOWER CURTIN! I did notify the front desk since i had to go request housekeeping for the next day due to no more dry towels. I was offered a shower curtain that i could go hang myself, umm NO! I didn't pay for a room to then have to do the maids job 🙄 The real joke... they made sure to leave an envelope to "tip" the maid for doing a great job 😂

The entry to the hotel looks like a dumpy storage unit. This hotel is literally right next to the receptionist kindly moved me to an upstairs room that was more protected from the traffic noise. Fortunately the air conditioner was noisier than the traffic and it was a consistent sound, not stop and start. The message light on my phone was on. The Receptionist gave me instructions on how to delete the message. I deleted a message from MAY and gave up when I realized there were more. I put a towel over the light and went to sleep. That function should be able to happen from Reception desk. The coffee in the morning was undrinkable. I had to toss it out. The waffles looked and smelled good. Nothing else was at all appealing, Luckily there is a Starbucks right next door. The TV channel changer worked only if I stood right in front of it and not all the buttons clicked properly. I was happy the refrigerator has a strong little freezer. Thank you for that. The entire property has seen better days and is in desperate need of refurbishment ... everywhere. The rate was very inexpensive. I would probably stay for a quick overnighter, but only for one quick night.

Parking was good. We were in the other bldging. Nights and during the night got noisy. Woke us up. A bit disturbing not knowing what was going on. Staff was good. Breakfast was not restocked very well 2 of the 4 days we were there.

Very friendly staff. She upgraded me to a locked building because I felt unsafe. Breakfast wasn’t very good, but the room was clean after she put me in the locked building. I felt safe and comfortable very comfortable bed, and my room was clean for the second night

Ill avoid returning if possible. Staff is friendly beds are comfortable. The first room we were assigned on the first floor all the way at the end was dungeon like and smelled. No elevator in the building we were sent to. My Senior Citizen friend had a hard time. Smelled too.

The property is conveniently located and was clean and staffed by friendly employees. Breakfast options did not include hot eggs/meat such as sausage, and the overall carb/protein ratio was very high.

This hotel is making a real effort to provide a good experience, but the property is aging. The lack of outlets and the painted cinderblock style walls made me feel like I had stepped back in time. On the plus side, everything was clean, the buffet breakfast was good and the staff was attentive.

First room did not have the main switch for lights and tv working. The nice lady at the desk gave us a second room soon after but we had driven 8 hours and was disappointed with this delay to finally rest our reserved room.
