Enjoy the sun and scenery of southern Utah in our spacious one bedroom pet friendly condo. This does not feel like a one bedroom condo with vaulted ceilings and spacious common area and dining area. The beds include a queen bed in the master bedroom, the couch pullout queen bed with extra sleeping space on the remaining couch section. Amenities include: W-iFi, Air conditioning and heat, full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Two TVs in living room and bedroom.
Located within an hour of Zions National Park, one half mile from the best mountain biking in the west, and 90 minutes from Las Vegas.
Enjoy the sunset on our spacious, beautiful balcony deck. The deck has a locking gate for bicycles or extra security if the kids want to sleep under the stars.
Enjoy all the advantages of the Sports Village membership: two heated swimming pools and hot tubs, courts for tennis, pickleball, racquetball, volleyball and basketball, shuffleboard, playground, pool table, indoor miniature golf, free wi fi at the clubhouse and many other indoor games in the clubhouse.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Wash the towels, put them in the dryer. You do not need to wait for them to finish drying. Laundry detergent is in big closet. If you are checking out early and don’t have time let us know.
Hand wash any dishes/cooking appliances that can’t go in dishwasher.

It was exactly what we needed. The host provided great instructions, and it was perfect for our small family of three. We used the condo as a base camp for our climbing and biking trip. Great to be able to cook and use the hot tub at the end of the day.

Functional and spacious condo for two. Facilities are great, nice pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, pools and hot tubs looked nice though we didn't use them. Very close to mountain bike trails.My only gripe is being asked to wash towels and start dryer before leaving, that requires an extra early start if leaving early in the morning.

Great little condo

I was in town just for a few days for the St George 70.3 race and this was the perfect place to stay. Just 10 minutes from town square, 10 minutes from the St George Temple and a few minutes from the grocery store - made my stay super convenient. The condo was clean and had everything you’d need to make for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and kind and there were myriad dining options nearby as well. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for a competition, great area, clean, host communication was friendly. Clubhouse was great, used the facilities at least once every day to wind down and have fun. Wish we had known about this place the last 3-4 years of tournaments and competitions...

GREAT Location

Overall GREAT property. We didn't utilize a lot of the amenities due to the reason for our visit, however the location for us was perfect. The size accommodated us very well. The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider again for our next visit. Oh, and adding our hometown sticker to the bike rack was a cool "guest book" idea.

Great place with poor housekeeping.

My wife and I with our 3 small children enjoyed the location and amenities of this rental. Unfortunately the housekeeping was subpar, the floor was sticky, food splattered on the walls, there was also dust bunnies on the walls and around the fridge, and mold around the tub. The price was good and the place definitely has potential if it was better kept.
