Pickleball Palace is a 3 bedroom (with a bunkroom loft), 4.5 bathroom, 1,812 sq ft Villa located steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickle ball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20 person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within a 100 steps of your front door.

Come on down for Senior Games, St George Marathon, The Iron Man Competition, Soccer Tournaments, Baseball Tournaments, Work Retreats, Golfing Vacation, Family Reunions, whatever your reason, we would love to have you!

We had a few issues during our stay and the property managers responded quickly and took care of everything to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The house was spacious and clean and it was great to have so many bathrooms.

Great property, great location!

We had a great time at the Pickleball Palace at The Ledges Golf Club Resort! The property fit four adults and three children very comfortably. It felt brand new and well cared for. We loved staying minutes away from beautiful hikes in Snow Canyon and St George that were fun for the kids and the adults. We would highly recommend this property!

Immaculate and Spacious

We had a wonderful time, loved how clean and spacious it was. Our kids enjoyed the pools, pickleball courts and nightly family time by the fire on the patio. Everything was high quality from the sheets, towels, decor and furniture. It was slightly farther from town than expected (only about 5 miles though), but the drive up the canyon is beautiful.
