Overall, it was a good hotel. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. Two things about the hotel really, really disappointed and annoyed me, though. One, we had nowhere to put our clothes. There were no drawers to put my and my wife's clothes in. There was no closet or armoire either. There was a pipe on the wall with 3 hangers. We were there for a week, and brought enough clothes to not have to do laundry. I went to Walmart and bought a tote to put clothes in and hangers for the wall pole. Two, there was no safe in the room or at the front desk so I had to take my laptop with me every time I left the hotel. If you're alone and only staying one night, Tru is great. If you're staying multiple nights, or have 2 or more people, find somewhere else to stay unless you really like literally living out of a suitcase.

The hotel, staff and breakfast were great. The room was very small and we were on the highway side and the highway noise was very loud. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

No pets, a/c worked well. Was greeted by staff person in dirty t-shirt. Apparently had spilled coffee on it. Soap etc in bath was impossible for older person to squeeze hard enough to use. Bed was made so that one had to hunt for the top sheet; it had not been turned down. Hard for a weary traveler.
