Stayed here for four nights and didn’t get room cleaned. Had to call daily for fresh towels and wash cloths. No trash change or anything. No extra pillows for pull out bed. Pool was also pretty dirty and very cold temperature. I don’t usually leave complaints but this was hotel number 3 we stayed out this past week and it was by far the worst of the 3.

The pool was excellent, service was excellent, room was really clean but I knocked off a star because the bathroom door is GLASS. If we got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night we had to use our flashlights instead of the overhead light because it would wake everyone up. That was a terrible design choice. The bathroom door also didn't lock.
