The room was new and clean. It looked really nice but the bed was hard as a rock. It was difficult to get comfortable and woke up feeling sore. The breafast menu was pretty light mostly fruit and yogurt. The building walls aren't insulated for sound. Every noise in the hall seemed amplified. Morning traffic with loud mufflers and raced engine felt like I was at a race track. The staff were friendly but other than at check in didn't have any interaction that is except early morning workers getting ready to start cleaning. They were standing outside our door talking loudly. I have had this happen at other hotels but with few exceptions the sound was usually muted. Gave it 3 stars because I thought maybe to someone else this isn't bad. But I usually look forward to a comfortable stay which for me this wasn't. No I didn't complain to the staff usually all the beds are the same and it is a small hotel. If you don't mind a firm, and I mean like sleeping on a board hard bed then this will be fine.

The staff could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. The only thing I could see improving would be having a room not so close to the pool exit/cleaning supply room (it got a little loud), and I didn't realize I needed to ask for a daily cleaning/new towels, otherwise it was wonderful. Seriously the staff could not have been sweeter!

Overall okay stay. Room was fine, nothing special. I don’t think it really matters what I have to say, the service industry has gone downhill dramatically since Covid, people seem to just get away with doing a half ass job.

Room was clean, but shower handle was stripped, so keeping a stong stream and keeping it warm was difficult. Since I was there just two nights and had my hands full taking care of my Dad, I dealt with the issue and did not report it.

Almost no protein for breakfast. The room was clean and staff were great. Did not like the bathroom door - barn style gives limited privacy and doesn't lock. Double shades but curtain did not pull over window and daylight came through the sides of shades. Hot tub was too hot. We reported it but left before it was attended to, so did not get to use it. Felt safe and a few places to eat in the area.
