The master bedroom with King bed and TV, offers a private balcony with views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Apalachicola Bay. A full bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom.
Descending down a short set of stairs from the master bedroom/bathroom, you will find yourself in the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped for all of your general cooking needs and offers stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 4 and additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar which can double as a work space. A laundry center is located off the kitchen/dining area for your convenience.
Natural hues invite you to relax and sink into the comfort of the cozy living room with chaise lounge and Queen sofa bed, or to step out onto the attached sundeck to feel the warmth of the Florida sun. A large, Smart TV and DVD player provide evening entertainment. The sundeck leads down to an outdoor shower and shared boardwalk, and less than a two-minute walk will find your toes in the sand.
The 300 Ocean Mile townhome community amenities include a picnic area with 4 park-style BBQ grills and two community pools with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. The paved bike path is easily accessible from the community and will lead you to the Island center where you can enjoy local gift shops and restaurants OR to the nearby Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park---a must see!!
Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available underneath the townhome and an initial set of stairs will take you to the front entrance of Mimosa Mile. 300 Ocean Mile community rules and guidelines will apply.
Up to 2 medium dogs allowed with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.
