This stunning island beach cottage is located in the gated community of the Plantation, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, and offers all the comforts for an amazing vacation. This pet friendly home has a well-appointed kitchen with a gas stove, wall oven, and large pantry. Solid surface floors throughout with tile in the bath rooms. The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a large step in shower with two shower heads. The second bedroom has a King bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed respectively. As if things couldn't get any better this home also has an elevator, making off-loading of luggage and groceries a breeze, a large screened porch with ceiling fans and a gas grill with plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. There is an additional an outdoor gas grill, a large outdoor dog kennel under the home, and last but certainly not least a wonderful screened enclosed private pool with an extended pool deck with ceiling fan and lots of loungers and teak dining table and a brand new 6-person Hot Tub.
