Upscale beach and ocean view condo with dedicated beach access just 25 yards from the front door.
Features include: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open kitchen with breakfast bar, large front deck with picnic table and Adirondack chairs.
Amenities include: cable TV, 45" plasma TV, blue ray DVD, dishwasher, microwave, shared laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers, semi-private pool, wireless internet and dedicated parking with dedicated beach access. For any other questions or rental issues please call us directly at 229-347-1889

Pet fee $75per dog non-refundable.... two dog maximum! A kennel is required if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the condo! Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay.

Everything was beautiful including the view and the beautiful pool. It was sparkling clean and, believe it or not, refreshing! We thought for sure that it would be quite warm and it wasn't!Our only suggestion is to place the lockbox closer to a well-lit area opposed to its current placement to the far right of the house where it is dark. We came in late, and it was difficult to find and to see. The entire front of the house had beautiful lighting leading up the stairs to the deck. Having the address on the house would also be helpful for all the mailboxes are on the one side of the street making us think that the house was on the ocean side versus across the street. I got out of the car, looked at the house and said, that's not it. When I turned to come back to the car, I looked across the street and said that the 2-story house with the steps leading upstairs looked more like the house and it was. It was then that we realized all the mailboxes were on one side of the street.

Cute place, great location. The walk to the beach was short even with it being across the street. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! My only recommendation would be to update the mattress and pillows in the main bedroom, but that may just be personal preference.

Hurricane Helene

We were evacuated the day after we checked in, due to the hurricane. The property was beautiful, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to our calls. We are looking forward to a re-do of this trip in June of 2025.

Perfect getaway

This lovely condo was the perfect home for an end-of-summer getaway with my young adult daughters. The owners were great to work with and the space was well-suited for our needs. The kitchen is bigger than you would expect for a condo of this size and the rooms were very comfortable. Very well-kept, with a short walk to the beach and a great pool. We loved it and hope to book again.

Perfection!

There is nothing about this rental that could have been better. The view can’t be beat; the proximity for a bike ride into town is perfect; the cleanliness couldn’t be better; the beds are supportive and comfy; the pool is the perfect size and temperature; and beach access is steps from the door. Pre-spring get-away

Loved sitting on the front porch reading with the ocean waves sounding in the background. You can see the ocean and some of the waves from the front porch so that was special. Great informal restaurants! Not crowded at all whether shopping or on the beach. Love that the area is so dog friendly!

Exactly as advertised with well-stocked kitchen, great communication with host, and beautiful view! Location was great - with easy access to the beach and center of the island. Very clean inside and out, pool was great, and laundry room was easy to access. The host thought of everything with even the small details such as extra towel hooks and empty baskets for storage! We were very impressed and plan to visit again in the future!

Simply Amazing!

We've spent the last five years vacationing on St. George Island, and in those five years we've stayed all over the island hoping to find the one place we want to rebook and this year we found it! The location is perfect, the ease of access to the beach and the pool is so convenient, and the unit overall is in great shape. We really appreciate having a washer/dryer so that we can pack less and wash clothes during the stay. It is dog friendly which is RARE and they even have the unit equipped with dog blankets, crate, and gate. All of which came in really handy. I honestly can't think of a single thing to complain about. The only feedback I would offer is to up the amount of trash bags and toilet paper offered in the unit for a weeks stay. We only had a roll and a half of toilet paper and two trash bags - which for four women/girls is definitely not enough! We signed the guestbook and made sure to leave the home as we found it. We will definitely try to book this rental again! The hosts were so easy to work with and even let us check in early upon arrival so that we could get the dog out of the car. Thanks so much for an amazing stay on SGI! We hope to see you again next year!
