Single Family Beach House: Divided into four units. THIS IS UNIT ONE, ISLAND CLUB 1.

Living Area: Open concept to kitchen and dining room. Italian leather, power reclining sectional sofa, 65” smart TV with streaming (Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, FUBO). No cable TV.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, 14” memory foam mattress, en suite bathroom, 50” smart TV.

Second Bedroom: Two bunk beds (10” memory foam mattresses), 50” smart TV, sleeps 4.

Accessibility: NO STAIRS. Parking for 2 vehicles. The building has a private lot with 6 designated spaces for 4 units, plus 2 overflow spots on the side. Additionally, the large vacant lot directly across the street, just steps away, is available for guest parking.
