OCEAN MILE I-2 is a beachfront 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well stocked and features white appliances. The living room has ample cozy seating, a large TV and a wonderful beachside porch with direct access to the community boardwalk. A mix of tile, carpet, and LVT flooring throughout the townhome. Up a few stairs is the guest bedroom with queen bed and shared bathroom. The top floor hosts the expansive Master suite, and private bath. The Master suite features a king bed and the private bath features double vanity and standard shower tub combo. The laundry room is positioned off the Master with a stack washer and dryer unit.
BEDS: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
AMENITIES: Multiple TV's, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout main living area, carpet in bedrooms, beachside deck and balcony, outdoor shower, under house concrete parking.
PET FRIENDLY (2 Dogs Only, Under 80 lbs. each. A $75 Non-refundable Pet Fee is required per dog.)
