SEA WATCH WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY! This sunning home has gone through a huge transformation. The entire home has been remodeled with all new beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh new paint, fixtures and all new furniture and decor.
The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Starting at the ground level, the home has a special hidden bunk room with one double over double bunk bed, another guest bedroom with a full size bed, shared bathroom, and separate media room with cozy seating, foos ball table, and a morning kitchen, with sink, microwave, and mini fridge. The ground level area also has a large entry with a sofa, laundry room and a separate office space with desk and a daybed.
Up the stairs to the main living area, opens up to beautiful high ceilings and a bank of windows and sliders affording you with fabulous views of the beach and the Gulf Of Mexico. The open kitchen, dining and living room have all new furniture and accessories. On this top level is the Master bedroom with king bed and large en suite bath, with stand alone shower and tub. There are two more guest bedrooms on this level; one with a king and the other with a queen with a shared bathroom between.
The home boasts a large open deck off the living room with lots of comfortable seating, a covered porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a swing to take in those lovely ocean breezes.
Downstairs and under the house we have a firepit, covered lounge area with additional seating, beach gear rack, corn hole game, enclosed hot/cold shower and park style charcoal grill. There is parking for 2 vehicles under house and plenty of additional parking in the large driveway.
