This spacious 3,322 sq. ft. home offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a split-bedroom layout perfect for families or groups Two Living areas. The main living area features an open floor plan, breakfast bar, wet bar, pantry, and comfortable dining/living space. Enjoy beautiful bay, pond, and water views from the covered decks, plus a private in ground pool with screened enclosure. The home sits on a large private pond that is ideal for fishing right from the property and offers quick access to Apalachicola Bay for boating, kayaking, and fishing excursions.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full home, private pool, outdoor shower, covered parking, and plenty of boat parking. Guests also have access to St. George Plantation amenities including beach access, clubhouse, community pools, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, fishing areas, and gated security.
