We can even host more than one family comfortably and have two separate living areas to accommodate! **Pool has been resurfaced as of June 2024 with an ECO finish coating and is beautiful and ready to be enjoyed! Watch all your favorite teams play on the outdoor poolside big screen TV with soundbar!

Come and enjoy the sunshine on our beautiful beaches or enjoy the privacy of our private pool that is secluded for your comfort. New tiki bar is sure to please with a huge smart tv, sound bar and sub-woofer, 115 can beverage fridge, party lights, and fan to cover all your outdoor fun in one! This home also has access to the community pools, tennis courts and fitness center.

Two master suites with deck access, Beauty Rest King and Queen Mattresses, smart Tv's throughout, DVD/VCR combos, CD player/stereo, Blue ray DVD player, Nintendo Switch docking station, Sony PlayStation 2, well equipped kitchen, pack-n-play, gas fireplace, covered decks, screened porch, hot and cold outdoor shower, park style grill, fish cleaning table, under house concrete parking, covered entry. Washer and Dryer. Sorry NOT pet friendly.

Fabulous house on St George Island

The house was perfect! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone and gorgeous views from the top deck and windows. Our teen girls loved the pool area as it is beautiful, relaxing, and set up for fun. It's very private too. The location of the house is great, very easy walk to the beach. The house has everything you will need on vacation. We would highly recommend it.

This is a great house with lots of privacy, a great pool and location, and very close to the Gulf with a nice vie of the water. I’ll be back next year!

This was our first trip with spouses and Grandbabies… it was WONDERFUL! The house had plenty of space for both of my adult children and their growing families. The pool along with close beach access made our sunny days a breeze. A great stay

Amazing location!

Amazing location in St George! Great proximity to the beach. Pool area was great and tiki bar setup was perfect place to sit and watch college world series.

Great home great location. We fully enjoyed our stay. Cabinets in kitchen could have been wiped down they were rather dirty along with dishes. I rewashed them and did wipe down cabinets . Beds comfy. Pool area amazing. Could use a couple of chairs for the beach. Seeing we traveled from MN had no room for them. Great weather. All in all nice place
