This unique beachfront home has 3 levels, with elevator access from ground level to the very top floor! The 1st floor is arranged with 2 guest bedrooms, shared guest bath and the beautiful and completely renovated Master suite, with a large walk in shower, dual vanity sinks and gorgeous soaking tub! The 2nd level is the main heart of this exquisite home with a splendid remodeled kitchen, dining and living rooms, all open with panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico! The remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, wet bar and a spacious open island with bar stools. The large dining room table has seating for 6, and 6 bar stools at the counter island, making it perfect for those large family gatherings. The top floor has one of the most stellar views on the island and is set up with 2 queens and a lovely remodeled full bathroom, with elevator service to this level as well! All bedrooms and the living room come equipped with large flat screen TVs. All new exterior decks with cable rail systems, are wonderfully appointed with comfortable Polywood furniture. Loved the house and location but...

We enjoyed the overall vacation experience, cleanliness of the facility is a bit of a problem. Maybe a better inspection of the facility after the cleaning crew is finished. Toe nails on almost every step from main floor to bedroom floor. Might indicate that stairs were neither swept or vacuumed. Might also think about reviewing the procedure of having the renters wash dishes and put them up before they leave. How do you check/verify that they are clean. Just some thoughts. Thanks for the opportunity for comment. Pat
