Welcome to Almost Paradise! This large home is located in the gated community of the Plantation, boasting community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court, miles of bike paths and nature trails! A community boardwalk to the beach is located at the end of the street. The covered entry into Almost Paradise leads you to the first level of the home. Opening up to the secondary living space you will find a queen sleeper sofa, large TV, and an exit to the covered deck that spans the width of the home. The west king master bedroom features a king bed, TV, view of the Gulf of Mexico, and ensuite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. The east master bedroom features a queen bed as well as a twin bed with trundle, TV, view of the Gulf of Mexico, and ensuite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. The laundry room is located directly off of the stairwell. This level has a mixture of tile and carpet flooring. The second level of Almost Paradise features an open layout living, dining, and kitchen area with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area is tastefully decorated in blues with comfortable seating, large TV, and sliding glass door leading to the large deck that spans the width of the house. The dining area boasts a wooden dining table with a mixture of chairs and bench seating. The kitchen features white appliances, large farm style stainless steel sink, breakfast bar with three more additional seating, and is well stocked. Located directly off of the living area is a King suite with king bed, TV, sliding glass door to large deck, beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, and shared bathroom with stand up shower. The exterior of the home offers under-house parking, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, park style grill, and hot tub.
