Welcome to "BOOMERANG"! This brand-new construction ground level home is perfect for your family's beach vacation with lots of parking for your entire party! Located in a quiet neighborhood on a road that welcomes golf carts, ground level accessibility makes Boomerang a popular home. No steps to deal with! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a semi-private pool for splashing in after a day at the beach. Tile floors though out, an open floor plan offering a large living area for gathering around while visiting in the evenings or watching TV, large kitchen with island, quartz counters, beautiful tile backsplash, a large dining table with plenty of seating including 2 benches, bedrooms with custom made headboards, mounted TVs and bathrooms featuring tile showers, light up mirrors and quartz counters. One bathroom features a roll-in shower with bench seat and safety bars by the toilet.

AMENITIES: Multiple smart TVs, beautifully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, ground level home with handicap friendly bathroom with roll-in shower and grab bars, toilet with grab bars and roll-up vanity sink, pool and covered Lanai has ample seating, bar area and outdoor TV, shared outdoor shower, gas grill, gravel and paver parking. Pool alarm on exterior door to Lanai from house and pool is enclosed on 3 sides by fence with lockable gates. Gold cart friendly side of island.
