Welcome to your Dune Retreat! Step into the ground-level bedroom directly from the carport and enjoy the convenience of stepping right out to the pool area from the same room. Inside, you'll find a cozy twin daybed and a handy half bathroom which is perfect for quick changes after a refreshing swim in a private pool or a day at the beach. A twin sleeper sofa also provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for guests.

Take the elevator or stairs to the first floor, where you can choose between a queen-over-queen trundle bedroom or a spacious king bedroom. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort for each guest. Each of these bedrooms include a twin mattress stored in the closet, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups or kids. These rooms share a welcoming sitting area ideal for playing board games, watching TV, or simply wasting the day away on the queen sleeper sofa. A mini fridge is also available in the sitting area, great for storing drinks and snacks close at hand. The washer and dryer are located on this level for added convenience. Step out onto the first-floor deck that overlooks the pool which is ideal for keeping an eye on all the fun while enjoying a breeze.

On the second floor, enjoy an open concept living space featuring a beautiful sectional sofa with plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. The large dining table seats ten and four kitchen barstools offer additional seating. The kitchen is open and inviting, with white appliances and stunning granite countertops that make meal prep a pleasure. This floor also includes another king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, providing added comfort and convenience. The second floor deck also overlooks the pool, offering another great spot to unwind while staying connected to the action below.

For those in your group who crave a little extra peace and quiet, the third floor offers a tranquil king bedroom with a private bathroom. Your own personal hideaway! Step out onto the top floor deck and unwind in serenity as you take in the gorgeous views of the Gulf. It's the best spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a quiet evening under the stars.
