IT'S ALWAYS HAPPY HOUR! This light and airy home has a spacious, open living/kitchen/dining area with 10-foot ceilings. Three bedrooms open to the large front covered porch, which has plenty of seating and awesome views of the beach. The fourth bedroom overlooks your private pool. The master suite is at the opposite end of home from the other bedrooms. Living, kitchen, dining, and sleeping areas are all on one level, providing a kid-friendly layout. The widows walk on top of the house has truly panoramic views and is a wonderful spot to sip coffee at sunrise, enjoy the sunset, or wish upon a falling star. Walk just across the quiet street to explore the beach, build sandcastles, sunbathe, and dive into the surf. Bring your family, friends and pups and make this lovely home your own beach retreat!

AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, Blue Ray/DVD players, 70 foot long covered gulf front porch and screened back porch. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Tiled living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Park style grill, plus sheltered under-house picnic table, fish cleaning table, additional seating, and concrete parking pad. 230 square foot widows walk. Nicely equipped kitchen with both Keurig and regular coffee makers. Washer and Dryer
