Welcome to Sandlot! This 3 bedroom 3 bath home is located in the lovely West Gulf Beach section of our beautiful island and features very easy beach access! Entering the common area of the first level the kitchen, living and dining areas share an open concept. The living area features comfortable seating, queen hide a bed, and TV. The kitchen is well stocked, featuring a mixture of white and black appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 4 people. The dining area features a wooden table that seats 6 and a china hutch. Also located on this level is a closed in sunroom and side sun decks on each side of the sunroom. This first level of Sandlot features a queen bedroom with a en-suite bathroom that features a standard shower/tub combo and a bunkroom with a double on bottom, single on top bunk. There is a shared bath on this level that features a standard shower/tub combo. The top floor features a king suite with en-suite bathroom that features a standard shower/tub combo. Sandlot has both under house parking and driveway parking available. This home features an hot/cold outdoor enclosed shower to rinse the sand away and a park style grill.
