Thank you for your review. We are fortunate to have caring, dedicated staff who truly love making guests happy. Room design and activity development takes more effort and our emphasis is to provide a Caribbean experience. We are pleased our hard work paid off

The location in True Blue Bay is delightful and convenient for the airport. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. My partner left an ID card and the hotel managed to get it to the airport before our flight departed. The food is varied and tasty. The hotel runs plenty of activities including cooking classes and children are well catered for.

Wonderful way to end a perfect holiday.

Lovely staff, fantastic rooms. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Very relaxing. Food very good. Good value for money.

having stayed on many islands and small hotels around the world I can only say that the True blue Bay resort was one of the very best we have ever come across. from the very warm welcome on arrival to al the staff friendliness the whole time we were there. We found the people of Grenada the most friendly we have ever come across.WE WILL BE BACK

Excellent as usual

Another enjoyable break from a business trip at this lovely place. Wonderful surroundings, large comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It's just the food which could do with improvement in some areas - maybe more choice.....

War soweit gut. Die einzige zwei negative war die Wlan Verbindung im Zimmer sowei auch das Essen im Restaurant.

We are sorry you are having issues with your Wi-Fi and will have our IT Guy check for any issues, which may have caused or is causing this.with various preferences in food, we do hope you will find something you like and please do not hesitate to mention to your server during your meal with us so our Chefs can make adjustments.We appreciate all comments as these allow us to improve our food and services.

Im Moment befindet sich gegenüber eine Mega Baustelle (für die das Hotel selbst nichts kann). Der Lärm is unterträglich für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Insbesondere am Pool und an den Zimmern zur Bayfront (was ja gerade die ansonsten schöne Aussicht ist). Der Lärm beginnt um 6 morgens und endet nicht vor 11 nachts . Man wird beim einchecken nicht auf das Offensichtliche Problem hingewiesen. Das ist ein NoGo. Ich möchte beim einchecken entscheiden ob ich mit diesen Umständen leben kann oder nicht. Alternative Hotels wären genug zur Verfügung gestanden . Hinweise auf die Tatsache das man als Gast erwartet sowas mitgeteilt zu bekommen werden mit arrogantem Verhalten abgetan . Meidet dieses Hotel vorerst bis der Mega immobilenklotz der künftig die Aussicht auf die Bucht trübt , fertig gestellt is. Ansonsten is das Hotel top. Bis auf wenige Angestellte und das Management

Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Nacht (direkt vor dem Rückflug) gebucht. Beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir länger...
