2 bed 2 1/2 bath home on one Storey offering all mod cons but with spectacular views over Castle Harbour Sound, just 3 minutes walk to the Mid-Ocean golf clubhouse and 15 minutes walk to Rosewood Tuckers Point hotel and golf course. Available for a 9 month lease from September to May in each year, or any period no less than one calendar month. The home will be owner occupied for the months of June, July and August. Seasonal fruits available in the garden. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Guests will love the panoramic view over the Castle Harbour Sound and the outlying islands. For those who like to exercise there are lovely walks from the house. For Mid-Ocean Golf Club international members the house sits between the 16th and 17th fairways and there is a members' beach and dining room and beach restaurant within a 5 to 8 minute walk. Tuckers Point Golf course is within walking distance and enquiries can be made there for a seasonal membership. Your hostess speaks English, French, German and Spanish. The use of a car is included in the rent. No pets allowed and there is none on the property.
