A three bedroom contemporary gem, recently remodeled and landscaped, a few blocks from the restaurants and wineries in downtown St Helena.

What We Love About This Home
This cozy hideaway sits on a quiet lane, with a fully enclosed back yard for privacy, and a rare in-town swimming pool. You’ll feel miles away in the cool and quiet surroundings, yet you’re only a short walk from fine dining, wineries and shops.

You enter into a spacious open floorplan living area - with the living room just inside the front door, and the dining area and kitchen opening up to the private backyard with a gas BBQ and pool.

The living room has a large flat screen TV over a gas fireplace, and a wet bar on the opposite wall. It opens to the dining area with a table seating 8, which looks out through the huge accordion glass doors to the private backyard seating area. You’ll see a large walk-in wine refrigerator just behind the dining room table, ideal for stashing the special bottles you’ll pick up on your travels.

The kitchen is off to the left of the dining area and features modern chef-grade appliances and a counter area with three bar stools. A washer and dryer are located in the pantry, just off the kitchen. Also near the kitchen sits a cozy media room with a large flat screen TV, 2 leather lounge chairs and a sofa that expands to a queen sofa sleeper.

The living area opens to the backyard through a set of large glass accordion doors - making the interior spaces feel light and airy. Three stairs with a handrail lead down to the terrace with chaise lounge seating. The small pool has a swimming system feature, waterfall features and is ideal for cooling off after a long day touring wine country.

Sweet Spot has three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first and second are to the left and right of the front door as you enter the house. The primary bedroom, facing the backyard, has a large walk-in closet, marble bathroom with a bathtub for soaking, leather seating and its own door out to the backyard. The house also has a garage and off-street parking.
