An exceptionally good Hotel - Grand Jersey Hotel

Thoroughly recommend The Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, it was brilliant. The Staff were exceptional, food brilliant, and extremely comfortable, and all in a great location on the island. Superb.

Great location for our trip to Jersey

We went to Jersey as a group of 4 couples to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday. The hotel was an excellent house. We all had rooms with a terrace, which was perfect as the weather was lovely. The breakfast was excellent, all the staff were attentive and pleasant (a special call out for Paul) and the room was large and comfortable. We had drinks at the Terrace bar. It was a great spot, with a DJ and really nice vibe. It's expensive for drinks but Jersey in general is expensive. We used the pool and spa facilities, which were very nice. The only slightly negative comment our friends' made was around the bathroom being a bit dated and that it was quite awkward getting in and out of the bath to use the shower. However, overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book the hotel again in the future.

From start to finish, our experience at The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa was absolutely flawless - I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Each and every member of staff was truly incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Ronojoy (Front Office Manager), who organised our room, bookings, and every detail with such care and efficiency, making the whole experience seamless. Cornelius gave us a lovely and welcoming phone call the day before our arrival, which set the tone perfectly. On arrival, Charlotte checked us in with warmth and professionalism, immediately making us feel at home. Krishna provided outstanding 10/10 housekeeping service, ensuring our room was immaculate throughout our stay. At the Tassili restaurant, Lewis and Shashini took such wonderful care of us - their knowledge, attentiveness, and personal touches made the dining experience exceptional. Of course, we must also commend Chef Nicolas, whose incredible food was a true highlight of our trip. We truly can’t wait to return and make this a special annual tradition. Thank you all so much again for a truly memorable and wonderful stay. Please pass this feedback on to the team.

spoiled my go to jersey place

hi recently stayed at grand hotel 17/4/25 my previous reviews are always 10/10 have done new year ball etc. and loads of other visits to hotel, on driving up realized outside area was not open {1st may } i was told, so had to go looking for outside space to enjoy the lovely weather all places full as easter weekend ended up at Radisson which i could have booked cheaper next day got put on a table at breakfast for 4 people there was 4 adults 2 children complained got told they where busy and what did i want her to do {girl in charge } eventually got moved to another table, went swimming as we had grandchildren with us got told to leave pool at 11.15 as we where enjoying ourselves because children are not allowed after 11 am so from 9-11 then 4-6 ? we where told afterwards by manager who was nice {bought us a drink but would rather have went swimming } another reason we always book grand nice pool for the kids again cheaper hotels with pools we can swim anytime we are on holiday after all next day rain fair enough next 2 days sunshine but no outdoor space so back to Radisson got told pool policy changed year and half ago nice to have been told and also outdoor space not opened would have saved myself good bit of money and could have gone swimming when i wanted with grandkids

Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and quality. Champagne Bar cosy. Room was a delux double but on 3rd floor so in the eaves. Dimly lit one small window, lack of plug sockets and mirror in the main room. TV signal poor. Housekeeping was good, fresh towels daily, nice touch of fresh milk in the fridge however, we had to request water to be replaced and the biscuits were not replaced after arrival not that we were desperate but would of been nice. We will stay again but maybe ask for a different floor.

Very convenient location with easy access to the town centre for shopping and eating out. Main bus stop was a five minute walk away meaning we could get to the tourist locations around the island easily. Staff were friendly and very helpful, with a special mention to Shashini who provided great service at breakfast during our stay. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. One very minor issue - the toilet in the bathroom didn't always flush properly, but other than that, we had a great experience. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!
