Living & Dining Areas: There are multiple relaxing areas including a cozy fireplace in the downstairs living area, perfect for colder months. There are also beautiful indoor and outdoor dining spaces ideal for family meals.



Kitchen & Outdoor Entertainment: The modern kitchen seamlessly connects to a spacious undercover barbecue and entertaining area and a sunlit deck with lounges. Additional lounging areas are within the pool, complemented by a leveled grassed yard featuring a fire pit area.

It has a quiet, community-focused feel while still offering scenic views and a strong sense of privacy.



Despite its tranquil atmosphere, St Huberts Island is very conveniently located. It’s just minutes from local shops, cafés, schools, beaches, and major transport links, including the M1 to Sydney and Newcastle. Nearby destinations like Ettalong Beach, Umina Beach, and Woy Woy provide dining, ferry access, and coastal activities, making St Huberts Island an ideal blend of calm island living and everyday convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $1,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
