On the main level walking into the home, you are met with a large, open-style kitchen with unique copper fixtures. Attached to the kitchen you have a small sunroom, and a porch featuring a grill and seating. The kitchen/dining area overlooks the large yard & downtown-facing area. Off the kitchen, you have laundry, bathroom #1, and Bedroom #1 with a king-size bed. Down the opposite side of the home, off the kitchen, there is a warm wood-toned formal dining area, open living area, and library. Head upstairs to find bedroom #2 with a twin-size bed, and twin size trundle bed, bedroom #3 with two twin-size beds, bedroom #4 with a queen-size bed, and bathroom #2. Throughout the house, you are welcomed with deep rich wood tones dated back to the early & historic 1900s. Sunshine Perch is merely steps away from the downtown St. Ignace district, and the St. Ignace Public Library.
