Newly Refurbished to an exceptional Standard """"St James Rest"""" offers an individually accessed and self contained apartment attached to a historic Grade 2 Listed """"Sea Captains House"""" . This impressive yet personal building sits 500m from the Town, the main train station and just above Porthminster Beach. It is also only a 2 minute walk from the main St Ives car park.

St James Rest offers the perfect family coastal retreat. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, in addition there is a """"cabin room"""" with full size bunks, a house bathroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. It has private front and rear entrances and an outside area for """"bistro"""" dinning in fine weather.

I live off site and I have very reliable local support through a professional housekeeping company.

A quiet area of St Ives only a 500m walk down to Portminster Beach and St Ives Town Centre.

There is a water sports equipment storage and wetsuit drying yard to the rear……with outside showers coming very soon…

The Apartment is within easy access of Padstow, Newquay, Perranporth, St Agnes, Carbis Bay, Mousehole, Penzance, Marazion, & Falmouth
