Immerse yourself in this three-storey, dog-friendly Cornish home overlooking St Ives Bay, complete with a spacious outdoor area ideal for al fresco dining, relaxed morning coffees, or cocktails in the sunshine. Inspired by St Ives’ reputation as an artist’s haven, the interiors are thoughtfully styled with carefully selected artwork that adds character and charm throughout. With the added convenience of on-site parking for two cars, guests can easily settle into laid-back beach town living or venture out to explore Cornwall’s stunning coastline, hidden coves, and scenic surroundings.

Unwind and relax after a day of adventure, curl up on one of the two comfortable sofas in the spacious living room and enjoy a movie on the large wall-mounted Smart TV. This room, with a feature fireplace, has patio doors leading directly out onto the tiered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary creations. Whip up a feast with everything you need including an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine for your use. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar with seating for two or gather around dining table in the living room.

The master bedroom on the first floor boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite with an enclosed shower, wash hand basin and WC. Step out onto the private balcony and soak in the distant views across to Godrevy Lighthouse. The second bedroom also located on the first floor has two single beds, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom is located on the top floor. It has a king-size bed with two chairs and ample storage and small balcony with standing room. The generous en-suite has a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin and WC. The family bathroom is located on the first floor and offers a large walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Enjoy the outdoors on the large decking area. Start your day with a refreshing coffee on the table for two, or relax on the comfortable rattan furniture with another table and chairs on the second tier. Surfers rejoice! Chy an Pol even features a surf rack for your convenience.
