Relax at this peaceful cottage in Trowan near St Ives. Set near the coast you can enjoy beautiful views over fields to the Atlantic Ocean.

Whatever the time of year, Rosewall Cottage is a welcoming and homely place to stay. There is a good size garden which is enclosed making it perfect for four legged friends. There is outdoor seating to make the most of sunny days and a cosy woodburner in the living room for when it turns cooler.

This peaceful hamlet is only a 40 minute walk to St Ives.

The accommodation has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with overhead shower.
Downstairs is open plan living with kitchen, dining and living all in one sociable space.

The living area has a sofa, tub chair and a woodburner when you want to cosy up.

Outside is a beautiful enclosed garden with patio, dining table and chairs and views of the sea.

Guests can access all areas of the property.

We're a small local holiday business hosting stays in our favourite areas in West Cornwall, Trowan is hard to beat!

We normally leave our guests in peace and use a self service check-in. This said we might knock on if we're passing to see how you're getting on and we are available to help if you need us.

Living here we know all the good spots, if you'd like us to share them we'd be more than happy to!

Trowan is a rural hamlet and doesn't have mains water. The water supply here is private and under a maintenance agreement if there are any issues.
The access lane to Trowan is fairly narrow in a typical Cornish lane style! We get our works van down here with no problem and tractors go up and down it.
The car park is a communal space for the hamlet, with up to two cars allowed per property. It's a short walk across a courtyard to Rosewall Cottage - about 25-50.
