Located on ever-popular Bedford Road, you will find the charming and spacious four bedroom holiday home, Floyd’s. With off-site parking Floyd's is the ideal base for your perfect getaway, close to all the exciting attractions St Ives has to offer and with plenty of space for entertaining family and friends, including your four-legged companion.

Centrally located in St Ives, simply step out the front door and you are in the heart of this quaint seaside town, a short walk from stunning beaches, the thriving artistic community and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Entering through the pastel blue front door, you will find the living room, sympathetically renovated with white-washed granite walls and wooden floors. Three comfy sofas fill the area with plenty of soft spaces to lounge after a long day in the sea and surf. There is also a Smart TV.

The open plan kitchen and dining area is full of light with fresh white walls complimented by the original terracotta tiled floor. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven with gas hob, standing fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. You will also find everything you need to cook up a storm if entertaining takes your fancy.

There is a large wooden dining table with seating for eight and a cosy window nook, an ideal spot to watch the passers by.

The master bedroom is located in the converted attic space with sloped ceilings adding to the cosy vibe. There is a king-size bed and plenty of storage. There is also a dedicated desk space perfect for remote workers with additional USB ports and sockets for all your tech.

All further three bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The light and airy second bedroom offers a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail for all your holiday clothes.

The third bedroom and fourth bedrooms also have ample storage. The third bedroom is fitted with two single beds and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds.

The large family bathroom is complete with a corner bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC. There is also a separate WC.

Just outside the kitchen you will find Floyd’s courtyard. Recently refurbished, this little suntrap is ideal for hiding away from the crowds while still enjoying some Cornish fresh air.
