The cottage features beautiful high Victorian ceilings and sturdy stone walls, giving it a unique character. Inside, you’ll find cosy wood burners, perfect for those cooler evenings, while the nearby coastal walks are sure to create lasting memories for the whole family and exploring with your pooch.

Inside, two inviting wood burners tempt you to relax into the flickering glow and cozy haven on cooler days. Sink into one of the two-seater plush sofas with a good book whilst absorbing the tranquil ambience. Ivy Mount has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation with its blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Summer evenings may well be spent in the enclosed garden, a space where all the family, especially our four-legged friends, can enjoy.

The granite stone masonry continues its dramatic presence as it arches over the elegantly designed breakfast bar, partially separating the kitchen from the sunroom to provide a space for those cooking to enjoy the company of the party. Breakfast may find you opening up the patio doors from the sunroom to embrace the fresh spring air whilst taking advantage of the kitchen facilities including an oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

For the cooler evenings, the cosy dining room becomes a magical retreat, with a second wood burner crackling warmly as you share meals.

The master bedroom Super-king continues to portray the character cottage feel featuring wood flooring. Generously sized with ample space, including hanging storage facilities and bedside tables.

Second bedroom Super-king offers a cosy space for guests to unwind after a day of exploring the local surroundings and beaches that Lelant has to offer. This room can be made into a twin for your individual party needs
With views of the garden, the third bedroom provides bunk beds with additional access to the upper garden. Wardrobe storage is available for guest use.
